GSCC is a facility for providing Worldwide Service Support upon request, based on a global network of partnerships with major equipment Manufacturers and Service Suppliers, established by Tototheo group.
We offer service for Communication as well as Navigation products on board vessels. No matter where or how you bought the equipment and how it is branded, you are entitled to immediate service all over the world.
The equipment listed in the Declaration of Shore Based Maintenance (SBM) is covered by a corresponding agreement to provide its availability as required by Regulation IV/15 of the 1988 GMDSS amendments to the 1974 SOLAS.
We provide warranty and post-warranty repair service for marine communications and navigation products as well as repairs for land communication systems.
Using our own certified engineers we manage and install any system/product as per the brands listed in our website.
Using our own certified engineers we can provide maintenance services for any system/product as per the brands listed in our website.
Using our own certified engineers we provide training for any system/product as per the brands listed in our website. (training is carried out in our premises with hands-on sessions).
